Q. Why should i train with HybridFit?
A. With HybridFit you get good honest back to basics training, the way we should train and the way that has been proved to work over and over for many years.
Q. Im really not sure, i want to try it out but dont want to commit to anything.
A. No problem, just have a free 30 minute taster session, that way you can get to see what its all about and ask any questions or concerns you may have.
Q. Im confused with what i should eat?
A. With any regular training regime you should be eating honest sensible food, the paleo diet is perfect as its the way we used to eat thousands of years ago, lean meats, fruits, root veg, berries and nuts...simple.
Q. Can i train when and where it suits me?
A. Yes you can. You can train at home, park or even at your place of work during your lunch break, i'll come to you.
Q. Can i train with a friend?
A. Yes, buddy training is a great motivator as you tend to encourage each other to do more, plus you will be reducing the cost.
Q. Why are HybridFit sessions shorter than usual pt sessions?
A. Because they are more intense than your average session, we've all seen people wandering around the gym with no specific direction for 2 hours, well i give you the direction and structure a session that will hit your whole body in 30 - 45 mins flat!! job done!! maximum impact then you can go home and relax.
Q. Arn't Kettlebells big bulky things for men only?
A. Not at all, kettlebells are for everyone, sizes start at a very tiny 6kg and go all the way to a very big 48kg so there really is a size for everyone, great results can be gained from any size.
Q. I havent done any exercise for a long time and im worried i will damage something.
A. Don't worry, we will start at the beginning and go from there so that everytime you train you can see an improvement.
Q. If training this way is so simple but effective why isnt every other personal trainer/ fitness coach doing it too?
A. Well to be honest a lot of trainers would rather complicate things and analyze every single thing and use every new fancy piece of equipment going (like the powerplate), this equipment all has its place but in my opinion why complicate things?, if its kept simple but effective your more likely to stick with it. And also a lot of trainers can't put together a simple but worthwhile routine.
Q. How about having some support during the times when im not training?, sometimes i feel like im not sure what to do between training sessions.
A. With me you will have complete access to me anytime you want by either phone call, text, blogspot, email, carrier pigeon!? (you get the idea) basicly anytime you have a query or question no matter how silly you may think it sounds just get in touch, once you start training with me i'll be with you every step of the way.
