All our 1-1 Sessions are based around your goals and utilise Functional Strength Training; an approach to exercise that's scientifically proven to deliver results fast. Our specialist knowledge can help you rehabilitate from injury, navigate complex health issues or just assist you in losing weight and improving your confidence. Let's get started.

WEIGHT LOSS & STRENGTH
Using the gym 6-days a week won't help you achieve your weight loss and strength goals. Our Coaches create and deliver incredible Sessions specific to achieving goals as fast as possible.

INJURY REHABILITATION
Exercise is a great way to recover from an injury or assist with some health conditions. Our Coaches have more experience and knowledge than the standard Personal Trainer, so trust us to put you on the right track.

FULL EXERCISE SUPPORT
If you're not comfortable in gyms, that's okay. Our Personal Training Sessions are a great way to give you routine and confidence in achieving your goals. You'll get a dedicated Coach to help you through the process.

SPORTS SPECIFIC
If you regularly participate in sports, we can build you an effective program to improve your game. Football, golf, hockey, running, cycling and even rock climbing, martial arts and swimming can be catered for.

PRICES & OPTIONS
All our Personal Training Sessions are available individually or in bulk packs for a discount. There are no reoccurring payments, and you don't have to pay for a Membership on top either. Simply turn up and your dedicated Hybrid Coach will have your bespoke programmed Session ready. You can use up your Sessions as frequently as you like and they can be scheduled 7-days a week around your diary.
