ESSENTIALS MEMBERSHIP

Great For:

Individuals looking to use the facilities for their own workouts and have experience in free-weights & resistance training.

Hybrid Fitness is very different to your standard commercial gym. We champion a style resistance training that uses functional kit, like barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more. As a result, we don't have resistance machines crosstrainers, etc. If you're experienced in Functional Strength Training our Essentials Membership is the perfect arena to get you seeing results.

GROUP SESSION MEMBERSHIP

Great For:

Individuals who need/enjoy guidance while exercising from a Coach who'll ensure they're safe and exercsing properly.

If you're not as experienced in lifting weights our Group Sessions are an incredible environment to push your fitness and see results under the watchful eye of a Personal Trainer. Simply turn up and get a great workout done, without the worry of building your own program. By far, our most popular Membership.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Great For:

Individuals who don't feel confident exercising in a group, or have complex health issues or injuries.

Need a bit of bespoke guidance? Our 1-1 Personal Training Sessions are focused around building bespoke programs for any goal, whether that's strength, weight loss, sports specific or based around any injury or health concern. Exercising can feel daunting when you're navigating an injury, so our PT Sessions function as a safe introduction to exercise once physio is complete.
