LET THE GAMES BEGIN
Have you heard about Functional Strength Training (FST)? It's an incredibly effective method of exercising that mimics day-to-day movements in normal life. This creates amazing health benefits by working your muscles and cardiovascular system simultaneously. Our Endurance sessions are run by Coaches who understand your abilities and can extract confidence you didn't know was there.

BOOK A HYBRID ENDURANCE SESSION
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A HYBRID ENDURANCE SESSION?
1.
If it's your first session with us it's okay to be nervous or apprehensive. Once you walk through the door you've taken the first step and your Coach will recognise this when they greet you. They'll run through the format and address any concerns you have.
The Coach will explain the structure of the session to the group, reinforcing the pace and any goals to keep in mind. They'll then start the Demonstration of the exercises, which should take a few minutes. If some of the exercises look complicated or you haven't done them before, don't worry, the Coach will look after you.

You'll then be taken through a 2 minute Warm Up where you'll mirror a few of the moves you'll do on the session, allowing you to warm up your joints and muscles.

The Main Session now begins. The music gets loud and the round timer starts. There'll be approx. 10 'pods'; sections where you'll be doing exercises for 3-4 minutes, with a 45-second break between each. If you're new, your Coach will ensure you've got the VIP Coaching support.

Once you've completed all the pods, the session is over and your Coach will take a few seconds to recognise achievements from the participants. You'll then be taken through the Cool Down stretch.

If you're new, the Coach will quickly debrief you on your experience and how you found the session. We don't do hard selling; if you enjoyed yourself and found value we know we'll see you again.
